    2. All orders are subject to acceptance by CHIC Hair Extensions Ltd
    3. Prices, dates and products are subject to change without notice
    4. All orders will be processed within an estimated timeframe of 12-48 hours and then sent out for delivery Monday to Friday only. We do not ship out the same day.This excludes public holidays.
    5. During our busy periods, e.g Christmas, NYE, Easter etc there may be a delay in processing your order and we appreciate your patience  
    6. We will not be liable for any costs, loss, damages, charges or other expenses caused by late delivery or return to sender
    7. We are not responsible or liable for situations out of our control when waiting for your order to arrive, we ask that you are patient and we will get your order sent out as soon as we can
    8. Shipping costs are non-refundable 
    9. Items available for pre-order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the expected delivery date. Orders will not be refunded due to any delays from suppliers outside of our control. 
    10. In the case where Authority to Leave is selected and delivery shows as successful, CHIC Hair Extensions are removed of all responsibility, as the buyer has opted for a non secure delivery method
    11. Once your order has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company and we cannot be held for any responsibility for these delays. 
    12. All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars NZD. These prices do not include your local sales taxes or import duties which you may be charged for upon the shipments entry into your country. It is at the discretion of New Zealand customs and import authorities
    13.  We ship Monday to Friday only and we do not ship on public holidays. During peak sessions we ask that you please allow for a delay to dispatch your due to high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience.
    14. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
    15. Your package will require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address). 
    16. Any orders returned to us due to being undelivered will incur a fee to reship the order back out to you
